Get Better Together (GBT) is PREP inc.'s latest curriculum, designed to help military couples handle stress better as a team. This new curriculum is the result of a collaboration between Dr. Sarah Carter at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and PREP inc., in response to a growing need to support our service members as they navigate strategies for resilience as a committed team.
While much of GBT material is based on PREP inc.'s standard concepts and skills (e.g., Communication Danger Signs, The Three Keys, Speaker Listener Technique, and Personality), there is a lot of new material to navigate. This training will walk facilitators through the newest content (skipping the PREP material that you are already familiar with) and the delivery of that content to military couples.
Topics include: Identifying Thinking Traps, Partner Nudges (to help one another transition out of a challenging moment), reframing strategies, and more.
With this 3-hour training, facilitators are prepared to deliver Get Better Together and help make a significant impact in the lives of our military couples.
This exclusive 3-hour training is reserved for those who are already trained in our couples' curricula. So, if you're already a PREP 8.0 Certified Facilitator, don't miss this opportunity to level up your relationship knowledge with Get Better Together! If you haven't experienced PREP Inc's Couples curriculum (PREP 8.0) we offer comprehensive training options to get you started on your journey.
