Get Better Together is a new PREP product, one that includes the same key PREP skills and strategies that have improved relationships for decades. But this one focuses even more so on new skills for couples to better manage stressors as a team. This training is exclusive to NAVY Personnel until 2024.

This training, then, is for those who are trained in the PREP model of relationship education and want to expand what they offer couples to include the new skills and strategies that are introduced and Get Better Together. That means that we'll move quickly or skip entirely much of the traditional PREP material here and we'll focus our time on the new material.

So if it's been a while since you've used it, we suggest you refresh your PREP knowledge through an on demand PREP training in addition to this, Get Better Together training that you're about to begin.
